2. Gear ๐
Sunset Duckies is a club, not a school โ kids ride their own boards. Borrowing or sharing for the first session or two is fine while you're trying it out.

โ Not yet โ still trying out (1โ2 sessions)
โ Will rent across the road
โ Yes
โ Will sort one before winter
Heads up on gear. The first one or two trial sessions without a board are
fine โ but to keep coming, your kid needs their own surfboard (there's a
surf-shop renter across the road from the beach, daily or monthly rates) and a
wetsuit for the winter months. Coaches can advise on the right board size.
3. The parent / guardian ๐งโ๐คโ๐ง
4. Consents (tick all)
I have signed the Sunset Duckies liability waiver (covers trainings, the cup, and all club events).
My child can swim confidently in open water โ waves up to ~2 m and currents.
A parent or guardian will be on-site for every session โ watching from the beach or in the water. Never a drop-off.
I understand the gear policy: trial 1โ2 sessions are fine without a board, then own board + winter wetsuit.
Annual dues of Rs 5,000 paid / to be paid this week.
